HOW TO START OVER?


  • -DELETE APPS AND SOCIAL MEDIA THAT BRINGS DOWN YOUR MOOD. GET RID OF NEGATIVITY.

  • -DELETE CONTACTS OF THOSE WHO MAKE YOU FEEL UNWORTHY, UNFOLLOW SOCIAL MEDIA PAGES THAT PROMOTE NEGATIVITY.

  • -FIND A NEW SCENT THAT YOU LIKE THAT REMINDS YOU OF HAPPY MOMENTS

  • -MAKE NEW PLAYLISTS THAT MAKES YOU FEEL CONFIDENT AND HAPPY.


  • -START WRITING A JOURNAL, WRITE DOWN WHY YOU WANT TO CHANGE, THE TRAITS YOU WANT TO INSTILL IN YOURSELF, PLACES YOU WANT TO GO AND PEOPLE WHO INSPIRES YOU.

  • -WRITE DOWN HABITS THAT YOU WANT TO STOP AND CHANGE

  • -BEFORE YOU SLEEP, WRITE DOWN A DETAILED ACHIEVABLE ROUTINE FOR THE NEXT DAY, THINGS THAT MAKE YOU HAPPY AND PRODUCTIVE

  • -TRY OUT NEW HOBBIES AND PURSUE YOUR PASSION

  • -DO NOT OVERWORK YOURSELF. ALWAYS REMEMBER SIMPLE THINGS THAT MATTER THE MOST LIKE DRINKING WATER.


  • -SPEND LESS TIME ON YOUR PHONE SCROLLING THROUGH SOCIAL MEDIA, HAVE A METHOD FOR FOCUSING ON PRODUCTIVE THINGS LIKE USE THE APP CALLED FOREST.

  • -IF YOU CANNOT CONCENTRATE, SPEND AT LEAST 5 MINUTES TRYING TO FOCUS. SMALL STEPS MAKES A BIG DIFFERENCE

  • -BE PATIENT AND KIND TO YOURSELF. IT'S HARD TO CHANGE OVERNIGHT, SO BE NICE TO YOURSELF. DON’T PUSH YOURSELF TOO HARD.

  • -ONCE YOU START SOMETHING, PROMISE YOURSELF YOU WILL FINISH IT.

  • -HAVE A CHANGE OR TWISTS IN YOUR WEEKLY ROUTINES IF YOU HAVE A PROBLEM FOLLOWING A CERTAIN ROUTINE FOR A LONG TIME.

  • -DO NOT DENY YOURSELF TO ENJOY A FEW LUXURIES. THERE NEEDS TO BE A BALANCE BETWEEN HARDWORK AND RELAXING.


  • -KEEP OUR ROOM AND WORKSPACE CLEAN AND ORGANISED. IT’S PROVEN TO REDUCE YOUR STRESS LEVEL.

  • -IT MIGHT FEEL SCARY TO CHANGE AND IT MIGHT NOT FEEL LIKE YOURSELF, BUT TRUST ME, IT'S JUST A BETTER VERSION OF YOU.


  • -HAVE A RELAXING MORNING ROUTINE TO LOOK FORWARD TO. THIS USUALLY DETERMINES YOUR MOOD FOR THE ENTIRE DAY.

  • -LEARN NOT TO RELY ON MOTIVATION. SOMETIMES MOTIVATION WEARS OFF LEAVING YOU CLUELESS. HAVE A ROUTINE TO FOLLOW

  • -DON’T COMPARE YOURSELF WITH OTHERS. YOU'RE ON YOUR OWN PATH, AND IT DOESN’T MATTER IF OTHERS ARE DOING BETTER THAN YOU. YOU ARE STILL BETTER THAN THOSE WHO ARE DOING NOTHING.


  • -DON’T TELL ANYONE ABOUT YOUR NEW START. JUST START AND LET THE RESULTS SPEAK FOR THEMSELVES.

  • -YOU CAN CHANGE AND BE YOUR IDEAL SELF. BUT IT WILL BE HARD TO DO SO IF YOU DON’T BELIEVE IN YOURSELF.

  • -TELL YOURSELF FIRMLY THAT YOU CAN DO IT AND THEN PROVE YOUR NEGATIVE THOUGHT WRONG.
