-START WRITING A JOURNAL, WRITE DOWN WHY YOU WANT TO CHANGE, THE TRAITS YOU WANT TO INSTILL IN YOURSELF, PLACES YOU WANT TO GO AND PEOPLE WHO INSPIRES YOU.
-WRITE DOWN HABITS THAT YOU WANT TO STOP AND CHANGE
-BEFORE YOU SLEEP, WRITE DOWN A DETAILED ACHIEVABLE ROUTINE FOR THE NEXT DAY, THINGS THAT MAKE YOU HAPPY AND PRODUCTIVE
-TRY OUT NEW HOBBIES AND PURSUE YOUR PASSION
-DO NOT OVERWORK YOURSELF. ALWAYS REMEMBER SIMPLE THINGS THAT MATTER THE MOST LIKE DRINKING WATER.
-SPEND LESS TIME ON YOUR PHONE SCROLLING THROUGH SOCIAL MEDIA, HAVE A METHOD FOR FOCUSING ON PRODUCTIVE THINGS LIKE USE THE APP CALLED FOREST.
-IF YOU CANNOT CONCENTRATE, SPEND AT LEAST 5 MINUTES TRYING TO FOCUS. SMALL STEPS MAKES A BIG DIFFERENCE

-DONโT COMPARE YOURSELF WITH OTHERS. YOU'RE ON YOUR OWN PATH, AND IT DOESNโT MATTER IF OTHERS ARE DOING BETTER THAN YOU. YOU ARE STILL BETTER THAN THOSE WHO ARE DOING NOTHING.
-DONโT TELL ANYONE ABOUT YOUR NEW START. JUST START AND LET THE RESULTS SPEAK FOR THEMSELVES.
-YOU CAN CHANGE AND BE YOUR IDEAL SELF. BUT IT WILL BE HARD TO DO SO IF YOU DONโT BELIEVE IN YOURSELF.
-TELL YOURSELF FIRMLY THAT YOU CAN DO IT AND THEN PROVE YOUR NEGATIVE THOUGHT WRONG.
