-TRY OUT NEW HOBBIES AND PURSUE YOUR PASSION
-DO NOT OVERWORK YOURSELF. ALWAYS REMEMBER SIMPLE THINGS THAT MATTER THE MOST LIKE DRINKING WATER.
-SPEND LESS TIME ON YOUR PHONE SCROLLING THROUGH SOCIAL MEDIA, HAVE A METHOD FOR FOCUSING ON PRODUCTIVE THINGS LIKE USE THE APP CALLED FOREST.

-DON’T TELL ANYONE ABOUT YOUR NEW START. JUST START AND LET THE RESULTS SPEAK FOR THEMSELVES.
-YOU CAN CHANGE AND BE YOUR IDEAL SELF. BUT IT WILL BE HARD TO DO SO IF YOU DON’T BELIEVE IN YOURSELF.
