Hello everyone!
It's important to have a fitter lifestyle not only because it increases your health and wellness, but it can also be very fun! There are many different free ways to remain active in our lives and if I can manage to do it as someone who's busy 24/7, so can you.
I recommend finding an activity/sport that you enjoy (personally I like to do yoga, at home cardio, weight lifting, and running). Also try out different workout routines...no, I don't mean those "Get abs in two weeks!" challenges. They don't work and you can't spot reduce fat either. In fact, it's better to spend those two weeks on activities that you actually like than doing seventy crunches a day to get abs when those workouts aren't effective.
My last few pieces of advice are to chase a feeling not a physique, switch up your routine every 2 weeks, weight lift (even with little dumbbells or water bottles), *don't fall into diet culture or weight loss scams*, and include protein along with nutritionally dense foods into your daily diet.
Okay, that's really all that for now. Here are my top favorite workouts from YouTube put into playlists for your convenience. Enjoy and good luck!!! You can do it <3
✿ Warm up
You can also do a quick cardio activity such as running or jump roping for 10 minutes as an effective warm up.
✿ Cardio/HIIT
I love cardio so much, ugh. The workouts and running are so addicting.
✿ Yoga
✿ Arms/Upper body

These workouts are nice to do at night when you're watching a show and want to crush an easy workout.
✿ Core/Booty
Doing these won't get you abs (even if some of them say so, you actually get them from losing overall weight), but it's important for most physical activities like running to build core strength.
✿ Legs
✿ Stretches
Most people forget to stretch, so please make sure you're doing it!! Stretching reduces injuries, increases mobility, and helps with recovery.

That's all! Thanks for reading!!
