A few weeks ago, the mental health day was being held worldwide.
I am one of those who think that In the long run, everything that's inside, is reflected on the outside.
That is why mental health is as important as everything else in our bodies.
It is well known that these months had been difficult for most of us, we've all been struggling and that can directly affect our mental health, whether it is stress, anxiety or others.
take care of yourself
take time for yourself
think for yourself
And it's okay.
You are not being selfish.
Do the things that make you happy
bring positivism and get rid of the toxic vibes in your life.
focus on the things you truly need
don't be afraid to shut things down if you do not enjoy them, it is your life, not others, you are in control
