How to change your emotions

Our emotions are something really interesting to explore. When we are sad, we are used to listening to depressing songs, lying in bed, etc. We let that emotion grow and take over us to the point it becomes overwhelming.

In other cases, we go to a special place, go out with friends; or, in other words, to find a space where that feeling of sadness cannot be displayed. We seek the opposite to get back our balance, our stability.

our emotions can be voluntary or spontaneous.

Unwanted emotions are a real bother for when we need to focus on important things, what we need to know is how to identify them and whether those are justified or not.

  • ask yourself a few questions:

is the feeling justified? what is the reason behind this? is there anything to do about it?

This is crucial to know for the times when we need to have a clear mind.

It is as simple as taking a step back and taking a moment to re-evaluate your feelings.
