Hi all! I´m @Alejandralahey and today I bring you a very special article!
So I was thinking of inventing a new challenge for we heart it special of our own, and that is why I have thought about this challenge.
There are approximately 10 weeks until the end of this year, and during them I have thought about doing a challenge.
These are the rules of the challenge:
During these weeks, I will upload two-week activities in each article. And so on until the 10 weeks are completed.
Each week you can choose between the activities of two categories: new me and creative mood, you can also do both and obviously change every week. This will help you to choose the activities that you prefer or are best for you.
Every week there are two or three activities, which you can do throughout the week, until Sunday where you can write an article talking about these activities and what you have learned. Don't forget to tag us to be able to read you!
The challenge lasts 10 weeks, but you will not have to do an activity every day, so just cheer up and try to use and take advantage of the weeks!
Now I'm going to start with the script, where you will see everything clearer.
Week 1:
"Creative me" category:
This is the first week of the challenge, so if you have chosen this category for the first week I would like us to delve into many types of art:
The first activity consists of choosing random songs from your playlist and just drawing whatever comes to your mind on paper.
The second activity is somewhat different, and we are going to talk about writing. Here you have to start writing a little story about a dream that you have recently had or about a thought that you have recently had. Remember to share what you write in your article on Sunday!
"New me" category
get ready for the activities!
Research your skin type, and from there create a homemade face mask that can help you relax.
Make a list of recipes that you would like to try and cook at least two during these seven days.
Organize all the jewelry you have and brainstorm ideas for looks where you can wear them.
Week 2
"Creative me" category
Spend 30 minutes of your day reading a book, and see if at the end of the week you have managed to finish it and reflect on how it made you feel.
Search the internet for an online writing contest, write a story and ... submit it!
Write an article at we heart it, tagging and commenting on the articles that inspired you the most that week.
"New me" category
Do your research on yoga and decide which type of yoga is your favorite, then try doing some yoga with relaxing music.
Organize your room, clean it and decorate it in another way. Remember that a clean workplace will help you focus more!
